My experience with **Futurebazaar.com** is simply **horrible and unforgettable**. Attracted by their web promos, colorful website and fantastic deals, I decided to buy a KORYO Microwave form their site. As usual, they charged my money from my bank account immediately and kept showing on the order status - **PAYMENT AWAITED**.
On writing a few mails they confirmed they received the money but the product is **OUT OF STOCK**. But after a few reminders and telephone calls, they delivered the Microwave. It was new, good looking but **not in a working condition. **Again on various reminder calls, emails they got the product picked up from my place and said I will get a replacement in 4 working days. But it was **never replaced** for a long time and I finally decided to ask for a refund.
Promptly they cancelled the order and commited to credit the money back to my account in 2-3 working days.again started the countdown.1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.**the money was not refunded** after various telephone calls and emails. Finally I talked to their Manager, threatened them to pull to **CONSUMER COURT** and my money was refunded within a day.
The worst part about Futurebazaar.com is they **never reply to emails** and one always has to **make STD calls to talk to their customer service** if you are outside Mumbai.**NO TOLL FREE**.
