Problem: Neither their credits in the account nor cash back offer working

I have tried 2 times but when I apply the credits from the account or when I apply code, the final bill which showed on their website doesn't match with what my card charges. From the images attached, you can see I should be charged Rs. 30 only but at the payment gateway the site doesn't give any discount and charged the same Rs. 100/- So, no cash back, no coupon codes are indeed working on the site. I already reported this to their CC and awaiting some correction. I advise not to fall for their offer until they fix the issue. You just end up being charged the same amount in the name of some cash back offer.
