If you want to recharge, NEVER Free Charge. They are petty thieves. In very similar way that their Big Daddy SnapDeal is! PayTM is way, way better, and transparent.
I was lured by their cashback ad of Rs. 50 upon recharge of Rs. 50. Alas. My recharge failed.(Was told problem was at BSNL end, could immediately recharge thru PayTM though!). Rs. 50 was NOT returned to bank but these buggers credited to Freecharge balance. Bullshit. When I try to transfer back to my bank account, another error appeared. Amount was deducted but was never credited to my account. I wrote to them thrice.
They started replying to my mail everyday(and how)- same text in that *". We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We are checking with the concerned team regarding your query and will update you the status shortly."* **Verbatim.** From various named persons. I got **13 mails in 6 weeks but no refund**! One fine morning, I was "duly" informed that the "issue has been resolved". I found no credit, no return as Freecharge credit, nothing. After writing back, absolute oblivion. They simply went absconding.
These people are petty cons and thieves**strong text**. Feed you *their lies thru their ads* and lure you into handing over your hard earned money. NEVER TRUST FREECHARGE. Never use their service. They do not have a customer care at all, just cons and made up names. A big sham and blot in the face of e-Commerce.
