Freecharge which is a good app for recharge of our mobile bills, electricity bills.But once when I was paying my electricity bills I had 3 bills to pay and 2 of the bills where paid without any problem .The problem started when I paid my third bill and when I paid the pill it started to show that the payment is pending then I thought it will be paid by itself in few minutes.but that dindnt happend the payment was not paid in elecricity service provider.Then I wrote a mail to freecharge and they told that they will rectify the mistake.So I waited for almost 2 months but I still get my money back.Afnd after2 months I got my money back.It makes us more tensed and money was about rupees 500.so I was little tensed but I got my money back after 2 months.Overall its a good app.I think sometimes this things happen but its a good app to use.
