Flipkart is too Good for the people who never faced any problems while placing the order and never faced any problem after getting the product.
If there is any trouble you face in between, You can never get out of it in a easy way. I placed an order OD003621480317008500, cancelled it and refunded the amount back to my wallet and I used the wallet amount credited and ordered the same product using the app.
My Wallet amount got deducted completely but then the order havent placed. When I approach the customer Care for the same.
They say complaint has been registered and they used to keep on prolonging the resolution. I havent get resolution for it till now . Its been 3 days and today when called they said they will resolve in another 3 days.
So pathetic.
