I have a few online shopping experiences with Flipkart. The recent was a Redmi Note 4 that I bought. The delivery and timeliness was satisfactory and was well ahead of expected time. The product and quality of items delivered is good however, Flipkart go for the loot when they promote Festive Sells and special discount day offers. The prices seems to be comparatively highly quoted and then slashed with a showcast discount. Also, as my personal experience I tried upgrading my delivered mobile phone within a day and called the service center to inform them my satisfaction with the product and wishing for an upgraded one for the same one. The upgrade would have certainly been benefited as it would require me to pay more. But to my surprise the customer service agent denied.
The worst are the lower local brands where we end my paying for some cheap category product, so it is 100% better to buy branded products.
