I have been using flipkart for some time now, mainly for books. This is the first time that I have ordered an electronic item.
I have placed an order for a product(Mobile phone) on a Sunday, received the item on Tuesday. Called the customer care on the same day as the product was defective. Wednesday support team called and assured me that I will get a replacement. Thursday morning I received the replacement.
