Flipkart service is really good.
customer service is jus awesome.
I have ordered many products in flipkart, mobile phones, mobile accessories, even spare parts, the delivery time is on time,
but its not acting good always, I have ordered a bikers jack for my friend , I have ordered black color but they have deliveres me brown jacket, eventhough I have returned it many times I got brown not black. this made me frustrated.
and in some times if the product is out of stock they are giving some other products to convince customers in a fluke. I have ordered samsung evo + but I recieved only samsung evo card.
but overall its gud in other managements. thumbs up for flipkart
