Its a great online shopping site. I got every order perfectly . Both flipkart and amazon services are one and the same. But also flipkart is one step ahead than amazon in case of refund or replacement. If you got a faulty product which you had ordered and if you want to replace that product just send them replacement request, their representative will come and collect your default product and give you a good one in a very short period. Therefore only in the case of replacement policy flipkart is one step ahead than the amazon. For me in all order I got good products from flipkart and in right time. I am using flipkart app which is a very user friendly app.
