I'm from rajasthan. I ordered a phone on 25th May and received confirmtion the order was accepted and would be delivered 28th May. I waited all day and eventually gave up and called the company on 29th May for explanation of non-delivery.
The first excuse given was the address did not match which was incorrect as I had checked the pincode on Google, next excuse was because of non-delivery, the ordered was returned, however it was resheduled to be delivered on 30th May.
Once again I waited and waited as I had received an SMS and an e-mail to confirm the delivery would be by 7pm, no delivery, no excuse given except the courier service tried to deliver but I was unavailable which was completely false. Again on 30th May phoned Flipkart and requested status of delivery requesting a morning delivery yhe next day which they could not confirm , but Flipkart are happy to waste your time waiting for a product. As a visitor I do not have unlimited time waiting for a delivery, I had to postpone all my meetings and rearrange my travel plans. My advise to anyone considering ordering via Flipkart- DONT.
