I ordered rakhi for my brother who lives in Gurgaon(not even a remote location) and it has still not been delivered. The website says it's out for delivery. And the same status has been there for 3 days. FnP just spoiled the festival for me, as I was not able to send a rakhi to my only brother.
The service is just horrible and so is the customer care. They don't answer calls and never respond to your mails. I ordered from fnp thinking I could rely on the service as they charge so much more than the other online services, but no, I should have gone for some other gifts website. Horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.
Please refrain from ordering flowers/gifts from ferns and petals, if you want your gifts to reach your loved ones on time and not spoil the occasion.
