They took almost a month's time to deliver the good which doesnt exactly look as ordered and described but to return its just 10 days you have. Product description is so vague. Product received was ok but not so WOW(definitely not value for money even with sale on!) but just bit different from regular high street shops! I returned product valued Rs. 4499 and they refunded me Rs 3999 only, even when they promised me to refund on the item+ my delivery charges incurred which is Rs.150 on per kg basis! My first online shopping experience was made worst I don't think with this kind of service provided I will ever recommend'Fashion and You' to anyone.
