Room quality: when we went to banglore last month.we somehow got into this hotel, and we staued there were dor three days which was the worst experience of my life.as soon as I entered the room, there was stinky smell coming from the window.i dont know what it was but that stink was gone after few hours and the bathroom was so dirty that I dint like to go inside also and the worst part was there was even water problem in this hotel.you will have to ask them for a bucket of water sometimes.
Guest service: when we entered the hotel, there was no one to come and receive us also.i have never seen this kind of service in my whole life.they should improve this a lot.
Food and presentation: when we ordered some food to our room itself.so, we got fresh up and had it expecting a good karnataka food but the food was so dull and unenjoyable.
Ambience: at the morning time, the ambience was like below average and the night time was the worst as we were not expecting it to be like that actually.
Value for money: you really have so many other hotels which are very good unlike this fo the money you spend here.i dont think I will visit this place again and make a mistake.
