My story is the typical one of any middle-class Delhi-girl. Born with honest, hard-working parents, I lived a sheltered and happy childhood. I succeeded in school and was always surrounded by friends. The tradegy of my life was a smple glitch in my genetics; I was dark as the African night!How would any boy ever have me? Would I have to settle for some grimy old man, chosen by my parents? Needless to say, my teen years were quite the emotional torment.
Then one day, my life took a radical turn! It was just like a Bollywood movie! My mother, worried about my obsession over the dirty colour of my skin, did what any emphatic mother would do. She brought me a selection of Fair & Lovely-products. I used them for a few months, and the results were truly amazing!Over a period of six months I transformed from being a dark Indian girl living with her parents in Delhi, I became a white Finnish girl living by herself in Helsinki!
My European passport lasts as long as the cream does, but I have faith in the popularity of Fair & Lovely!*My skin is now pale, for search of a better word. When I get pimples, they show up extremely well, and I also get violently red in the sun if I don't use sunblock! It's fantastic! Now everyone will want me as their daughter-in law!** I have become Fair & Lovely!*
