I had contacted Ezeego seeing newspaper advt of a foreign holiday package. Their sales agent contacted me fast and offered packages and also informed that if I pay booking amount by a certain date, I will get discount of Rs 7000 per adult.
The sales agent used to call me nearly daily and asked me to pay the booking amount. The agent confirmed once the booking amount is paid, the discount will remain and we can modify and add more to the itinerary on extra payment which I agreed.
I paid booking amount to get discount. Later I requested the sales agent to change the hotel and add few more site seeing tours. He agreed and told me that I would have to pay extra. I agreed, he was supposed to get back to me with the new hotel confirmation and extra cost.
I still await for this and the changed itinerary even after continuous followups. It has been abt 10 days now. The sales agent gives excuses all the time. I have asked Ezeego to return my booking amount.
