My aquaguard is not working for about two weeks. We have been following up with Aquaguard call centre with an assurance that the technician will come to service our machine the next day.

This has become like a game that we call them they say apologies for not completing our request and now the technican will come the next day. The request number is 0078003370 and 0077941773 and customer id is 1009591795. Frustrated with this product and the company.
