I had purchased an Iphone from ebay.in. When delivered I found the mobile to be defective. On complaining via ebay guarantee, they assured of a replacement.After 5 emails and lot of phone calls, ****(claim no145117.)****they collected the defective Iphone.
After collection they informed me that their seller is not answering them;so they will refund the money within 3-4 days but 3 weeks have passed, neither they delivered any phone nor they refunded the money. I feel cheated and I will suggest everyone to avoid ebay as they are cheaters and all the ads regarding ebay guarantee are all lies.
