I wanted to courier parcel and I was having two options nearby DTDC and Vichare as it was urgent so I opt for DTDC express courier service.
As I started inquire about the required service they were not even taking efforts to solve my queries. Then I wanted to ask about the charges so what I realised that they charge anything from the customer I mean that they were not having proper knowledge of their work.
When I packed my parcel and about to fill details they forced to pack compulsory in DTDC bags and for that they charged extra from me. I have never seen like this ever before, they only wants to sell their products.
The worst part is express courier was late it should be delivered in one day but they took 3 days for it. We cannot even track our product. They do not even inform when it gets deliver to the delivery address.
When I was calling to know the details of delivery they did not even response in a proper way. It was very bad experience and I will never recommend this to anyone.
