I have known Dr. Vijay Sarvotham for 6+ years and I’ll say nobody understands back-aches better than him. I have suffered from back pain for last 15 years because of slip disc. He has not only helped me to eliminate pain but he gave me confidence and mental strength to do things what I like. He recommended me to focus on holistic fitness and not only on back muscle exercises. I was back into cycling, running, swimming by taking one step at a time. My biggest mental block was getting a slip disc attack while traveling because of my past experiences but today I don’t have that fear.
I still remember the first time I went to him, my upper body was tilted with pain and was not able to walk and move but after his first session, he was confident and made me drive back home. There have been instances when I was dying of pain, I fell down in his room because I couldn’t withstand pain but he made me walk, run and cycle in few weeks. I have recommended him to many of friends and family and he has treated them well. What I like about him-
He will not start the treatment till he understands the issue by looking at MRI/ X-ray
He is simple, humble and warm- hearted. I always found a comforting feeling.like “ Don’t worry, I’m with you”
He always motivated me to build up my overall fitness
I’ll say Doctor will treat you, but post recovery take responsibility of maintaining your body and that’s where most of us fails. As I write this, I believe Dr. Sarvotham scored more than 100% but my own score will be probably around 50%. All the Best Wishes and Happy recovery to sufferers like me.
