after launching service like mnp in india company like mtnl still not awaken and providing the most ridiculos service in mumbai I have applied for changing my netwrok to idea mumbai but request all you mtnl coustomer cahnge your service
1) mntl has stop all his helpline servcie from past lasth month all old people are handling service
minimum 10 minuted you to wait to get connected all speak marathi and some people speak hindi no one knows english you dont believe me dial 1503 from mtnl dolphin or trupm number
2) still highest call drops in c\ity mumbai
3) cross sonncetion of calls and biggest problem someone calls you you will not receive call and still phone rings on dialler side
4) no new plans for postpaid coustomer after mnp service
5) NO new vas service or any any I reapat any new service or technology sercvice stareted
6) bills od post paid alwyays shows unpaid even after paiying the bills
7) if you requested for any new plans like sms,change in plans or anything they mntl people cannot send sms or inform the coustomer they do not have the facility (you try and chech it out)
8) cost of pre paid and postpaid will be same now compare to any othe pvt operator in mumbai I think aircel and unninor are the cheapest now a days
