As we all know that dell is a leading brand of laptops, and many of us prefer to buy a dell laptop, but did u know, if you have any problem with your dell laptop their customer service do not give a proper solution or proper service to their customers. if you call to them they said dont call further to us. it happens as I also hav my warranty period. they did not listen to me. and my new laptop was not able to work proporly. so b careful while purchase any kind of dell product.
