Hai friends I bought this laptop 10 days ago on the second day only the touch pad is not working, on the screen if we see mouse pointer the pointer is getting struck and moving hear and there after touching the pad
I bought it for 29400 rupees they gave me windows 8.1 on the 5 th day I switched on the laptop then screen is comming full white and icons are not appearing on the screen so I went to show room and asked they said go to service centre I went to service centre and asked they they said your windows is gone they charged 3000 rupees extra for it
friends you will get dissatisfaction while using this laptop by this many problems
the performance is poor in this laptop though it has 4gb ram, the speackers also doesnot get more sound like lenova and hp, we canoot experience good sound in it while watching movies
its not uses friendly also because it heats very much and it doesnot give battery life, the maximum battery time it give is 1 hr and alaways we get windows problem in it, it get struck sometimes, it cannot bear over load applications in it
the service is also not at all good they charge more money for small repairs also, if we have waranty also they rome us hear and there to give that bill and this bill they says
its waste of money its better not to buy this laptop
in dell vostro laptops are not at all good
Its better to take inspirion laptops in dell
