Dell Vostro 1014 is my first laptop when I switched from desktop.
Its not much comfortable to use because it has only one numeric set of keys, while in majority of laptops there is two set of numeric keys .
its battery backup is not as good after 6 month.
Quality is average but weight is heavy
overall we can say that it is good according to its price because we can do every work on it.
Dell service and support is very good, once I had some problem with the window they resolved it within 48 hours.
it is good.
