I have used this laptop. My father brought this laptol for me. The time I started using it, it was very much attractive to me but it does not satisfied my needs. I heard that dell is the best company for laptops because of its hardware but this laptop makes me down. in physical look. the material opposite of screen is very poor its got faded after some time.same the touchpad quality is also very low I am very dissappointed.it takes too much time to get reboot and processing is also very slow.sometimes when I use some big files it got hangup. I have gotten frustrated buy it. Once I got some issues and taken it to service centre .the have not seen any nature of corporation of staff with coustomers .they were helpless.this laptop has no value for money.there are no uselfull gestures in it which I could like. itss too costly but not worth of it I personally do not recommend this dell laptop to anyone .if you are going to buy laptop under 70000 rupees you should go for another brand or model this one is not worth for it.i lost my momey but I dont want someone to get in loss.HP is a better brand for laptops they gives a huge variety of laptops go for them I hope you like them. as I used this laptop for this I will give 1 out of 5 its very disgusting to spend too much money for a product which does not worth it.
