User friendly for games but not for office because laptop very heavy and high graphics for all high-end graphics games. Reliablity with this laptop because I can play games with ultra graphics very good for games Am very satisfaction with this laptop for games.Price are correct because you build a gaming pc price same with pc and laptop.Service very good from dell because I never feel laptop overheating, In game Laptop minimum overheat but game very high graphics so overheat normal.
