Since last so many years I am facing issue with amreli branch.
They update wrong tracking details with wrong input, like incomplete address.
so a customer will call them and they ask to take courier by themselves.
so what are they doing? what courier boy is doing?
and if you don't go to their office to pickup courier they will return it.
I want answer on this, I will reorder daily so they know they have to complete their duty. and thats why we are paying courier charges.
