Just wanted to tell you my experience with Debt doctor, I believe anyone who is having some settlement disputes with their old accounts/cards will go to debt doctor in the hope that they will help you to sort the matter quickly without much hassle.
BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE!
1) When you start communicating to DEBT DOCTOR(BANGALORE) they will give lot off assurance to sort the matter in 15 days to 1 month time and once you pay then 7000 rs then onwards story will change and now they will start PLAYING WITH YOU.
2) I have to settle my one of card and DEBT DOCTOR(BANGALORE) told me they will get it done, took all details and then started contacting the Bank ppl to close the account itself by paying the agreed amount BUT THEN THEY NEVER KEEP ME IN LOOP OR EVEN BCC ME to make sure everything is transparent which they committed before taking MONEY.
3) SLOWLY I UNDERSTOOD DEBT DOCTOR(BANGALORE), ASKING FOR more money because they have to pay bank ppl and then when I declined to pay they started abusing me.
4) Finally I got in touch with bank directly and got it settled.
In simple words they are Frauds, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT get into their trap by thinking they will make your life easy but it’s opposite.
Ultimately it’s your choice to go with them but I just wanted to share my BAD EXPERIENCE with you, I would suggest you should contact directly BANK people and get it closed/settled.
It may take time but then you’ll not loose out your hard earn money and END OF THE DAY NO ONE CAN get you good deal except bank people themselves, so DON’T GET IT INTO ANY TRAP.
