All we know that Dabur is a very old company. I used Dabur's Chywanprash from my school days when I was 13-14 yr. old.I write my review on it's sugar free product, which is healthier.So it contains approximately 75-80 ingredients.It contains Amla(Gooseberry) one of the most powerful vitamin-C ingredients which is very important to boost up our immunity system and protect us from cold, sickness, allergies.It destroys the free radicals built in your body through junk foods, alcohol, Smoke. In 1 table spoon(10 gms.) it contains 7 gms. of gooseberry.This Chywanprash contains so much more ingredients which helps to kill the oxidants and free radicals in your body. As in a season change period always I suffer with cold and cough, but after using this from last 7-8 years it reduces those health related problems. As it is a herbal product it has not any side effect. We should use 1 spoon of dabur chywanprash once in a day as I take it in early morning. If you take this with milk you may face some gastric/indigestion related problems as I face, so you can take this with water instead of milk. It's also low in price as per it's effectiveness, we can easily add it to our daily life.
