Videocond2h does have website where you can submit your complaints about set top box. For last 3 years I was using their website for submitting complaints. My stb was not woking for last 3 days. yeasterday I submitted a complaint. Normally I used to get response within 24 hrs. But this time I did not get any response. To my surprise. so I logged complaint again. and then called the customer care of videocond2h. Here I came to know that they did not receive any complaint from website. Good joke. It means that the website is there only for making fun of customers.
I called there supervisor who had know clue of how complaint is logged on website. So conclusion is if you have any complaint of service or stp dont use their website, directly call them or walk into there service center, have fun.
