Pathetic service from videocon D2h. After every month there's an upgradation of software and the consumer becomes technician. In the morning U on the TV set to watch something You get an error messages, for eg "To Install press Ok " and then whole installation process. And this whole process will take around 20 to 45 minutes of time. The day Software up-gradation is done customer will not able to see the TV for next 2 or 3 days. and every day customer is charged with some subscription charge and moreover the most ridiculous scene is IPL matches going, recharged with thousands of rupees in advance to avoid disconnection of service and still you wont able to watch anything on TV.
Above all customer care will schedule Engineers visit, which will be after 10 days, because they say that is the process. you will not able to watch TV for next 10 days because videocon is having such process. and the customer is fool.
Never buy videocon's product.
