Croma is a good spot to purchase home appliances. Firstly I was shocked to see the variety of brands to choose from, the best to average ones and secondly all appliances under one roof. I went to Croma to purchase a refrigerator and was guided all through by the salesmen.

They assisted me well and explained every feature that is good as well as bad in the refrigerator. In the end I did purchase an LG. The salesman helped me to make a right choice. Croma is a megastore. Compared to vijay sales where I frequently used to purchase home appliances from Croma is way better in terms of variety and service. Only problem was Croma was too far away from where I reside, they have recently opened up at Pheonix mills which is more convenient, or one had to travel all the way to Juhu.

The prices are a little high though, but the offers, variety, service is nice.Croma provides high quality products backed by good advice which I trusted and got a good product out of it.Also the salesmen at Croma promised efficient after sales services which pleased me even more.
