I have been using Country Delight for a while now, and honestly, the experience has been quite disappointing.
First, their delivery system is completely erratic. They dont have a fixed time for delivery and instead give a very broad window from 5 AM to 7:30 PM. The delivery agent sometimes comes even after this time, which makes it very unreliable. For people who like to plan their day, this erratic schedule is extremely inconvenient.
Second, they often fail to deliver orders without any prior notice. Many times, I have waited for my order only to find out later that it was marked as out of stock. On top of this, they add multiple hidden charges like convenience fees and packaging charges, none of which are clearly mentioned upfront. It feels very misleading as a customer.
I will also attach screenshots showing one order not delivered due to out of stock and another highlighting the hidden charges, so its clear this is not a one-time issue.
Overall, the lack of reliability in deliveries and the hidden charges make the service very frustrating.
