I haven't seen a more lazy staff in my life. The staff in government offices are more efficient nowadays. They will just make you wait at every step. Best part is when they fill reports on computer.
My wife got scan done here twice. Both times it was pathetic attitude by staff. There would be just 2 patients in queue and they take 3-4 hours. My wife told me that before the scan radiologist will start filling form of computer and it would take ages. And there are 3-4 staff just sitting idle outside. Can't they fill the form online beforehand.
What's even better is their attitude. Will just keep on roaming around like the government offices in 90s.
I would recommend them to take efficiency lessons from passport office or even BSNL for that sake.
