Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
It's really panic to do transaction with cleartrip. Due to confusion in the flight schedules given by the cleartrip website I have booked wrong flights from Hyderabad to Bangalore to Coimbatore to Hyderabad. Again when I have tried to change the schedule, I lost lot of money. some money lost to air lines and more money to cleartrip. More over the refund schedule is very much delayed. Cleartrip sent a mail to me stating that refund process takes several days. I don't know what big deal involved in refunding money to the account from which I made payment for booking. Not only cleartrip many travel sites are big cheaters when it come to refund of money or reschedule of journeys.
I suggest every body to use cleartrip site to know the schedules and fares of flights, hotels. Then you can book your ticket directly from air lines. Even if it is Rs. 100 extra per ticket from airlines, prefer booking in air lines site only. If any change in your schedule may cost you exorbitantly. I have very bad experience in booking hotel in OOTY through cleartrip. The fares mentioned cleartrip are very high. When I made booking directly from hotel, the fare is almost 50% less than what has been mentioned in clear trip.
Keep it in mind one more thing is those who write positive feed backs on cleartrip are definitely its employess or promoters only.
Beware of cleartrip or other travel sites.
