Citizen bus travels are very bad travels . Because my first impersontion are very worst . Condition of there buses was bad. And staff membre behaviour with customer are not compromise . The seats of there bus are very bad and not compertable for sleep . And speed of buses are very slow, charges of this buses are high I booked 5 ticket for mumbai but its so costly and its arrived in something 15 hourse its too.please dont book ticket in citizen travel compare to ctiylink travels are so good to citizen travel.
