Team– I purchased a mobile phone worth Rs 19300/- on 9 month EMI option but to my surprise bank has yet not converted this into EMI and they are advising me to pay the whole amount at once.
I do not have this much money to pay at one go that is the reason I opted for EMI. I wrote to their Nodal officer and to my surprise I have not received any resolution since last 10 days.
No one has bothered to resolve this issue since it was highlighted to their team and the nodal officer.
