Citifinancial:- Beware of cheaters. Review on Citibank

Let me share this experience about Citifinancial in Pune.

I recently purchased a bike.My dealer suggested me to go for Citifinancial since they are having 0% scheme and also tieup with them and they(dealer) showed me based on calculations that how a vehicle loan from ICICI is a bit costly than Citifinancial.

The duration of loan is 15 months( according to dealer)

My loan was sanctioned and after first installment was paid I recieved the statement in which the loan duration is 18 months.So I have to pay installment of 1389 rupees for three months extra.This was not revealed by Citifinancial in begining.I contacted the dealer and he again repeated that loan duration is 15 months.I reported this to Citifinancial but there is no reply from them since 10 days

Anyway I have aquired adequate proof so I will wait for some days and if there is no response from Citifinancial,The consumer forum option is open for me.

Anyway friends Beware of these cheaters.Whenever you wish to purchase a vehicle on loan please obtain/demand for the copy of the finance schemes and retain it with yourselves.I would suggest not to go for any loan from Citifinancial .

I also told this to almost everyone in my company as well as to many of my friends and as a result of this our company took a decission not to promote any schemes from citibank recently because like me many other friends told the same experience they had with this Citi group

I think ICICI/HDFC schemes are far better.Never go for any schemes from Citi group
