We bought 2 Jaguar automatic taps(Costed about Rs12000/-each) from Chhabria & Sons, SJP Road, Bangalore about a year back. From the time we bought it, the downtime of the taps were almost 25%. Repeated visits by Jaguar serviceteam never solved the problem, and even though the taps are given 7 yearswarranty, they started demanding money for repairs.
We brought this to the notice of Chhabaria & Sons fromwhom we bought. They made several follow-ups with Jaguar and eventually gotconvinced that Jaguar was not doing enough.
Last week a plumber visited from Chhabaria & Sons, removed both the taps and replaced it with other new two taps. He took back boththe automatic taps, and within hours we received phone call from them that wemay collect full refund for the automatic taps.
This is it. Very rare to find such dedicated follow-up &service in today’s time. It is a very good feeling to realize that such vendersstill exists in Bangalore market. – No obligation tone, No Faaltu promises, Nounwanted talk, this guys are doing some good business. Go to them for all thatyou want for ceramics and fittings- you will never repel.
I realized, buying a good branded product is not enough, from whom you are buying makes all the difference when you need it to beattended.
