I would like to share my experience with Caribbean Holidays International, which has unfortunately been extremely disappointing.
Their primary focus seems to be on selling holiday packages, with little to no support or service after the sale is completed. During the package sale, they make grand promises, but once the payment is done, their responsiveness drops significantly. They dont even respond to emails, let alone answer phone calls.
To make a reservation, customers are required to send an emailtheres no direct access to book hotels themselves based on their preferred dates. Even after emailing, you may find the same property available on platforms like MakeMyTrip or Goibibo, but they claim its unavailable.
When we purchased the package, we were assured that if a hotel was available on any online platform, they would also be able to book it for us. Sadly, this promise turned out to be false.
Calling their toll-free number connects you to the reservations team, who cannot assist with anything beyond reservations. We requested to escalate our concerns to senior management multiple times via email, but never received any response.
If your travel plans are made just a couple of days in advance, forget about getting a booking through themthey are too slow to respond. Even the properties they do provide are subpar in quality, and once you check in, the service is extremely poor. Attempts to reach out to them during your stay are met with promises, but no actionand eventually, they stop answering calls altogether.
Conclusion:
Our money is stuck with them, and we deeply regret trusting this company. I strongly advise others to avoid falling into the same trap. Its far better to book your stays independently through reliable platforms where you have control, transparency, and proper service.
