I have bought 2 Cadbury Bytes from In-Out Delhi. One is Coffee CHOCO crunch(C14T7C1) & another one is CHOCO crunch (C17F7C2). When I opened one pocket, it was shocked to me. Nothing is in shape. It was like a powder. Immediately I checked the next pocket which was also in the same condition.
The same was informed to the sales girl in that outlet. But I was told that once you open the pocket we are not responsible for this. The pocket was in in-tact & puffed condition. I can’t understand with out opening how to check the content. Also these things I never ever expect from the reputed brands like Cadbury. Also the email id which was given on the product also not working.
On this context I have mailed (**Id have found through ****internet. suggestions@cadburyindia.com'****)** them on 22nd July, where as there is no response so for.I think since the brand awareness in low in India, all the Brand like cadbury are cheating the customers to make huge money.
