Dark chocolate has many benefits over regular chocolate, mainly because there is less sugar and milk used and it protects us against heart diseases if we have in minimal quantities. Cadbury Bournville Fine Dark chocolate is an attempt by Cadbury to bring affordable dark chocolates in India. I have had other dark chocolates by imported brands such as Lindt which are very expensive and Bournville in comparison is much cheaper. It still is expensive with a small bar selling for almost Rs. 100 but looking at the quality I would say it is reasonable.
There is still milk and sugar added so it is not completely healthy but better than regular chocolate because of presence of cocoa beans. It has a darker bitter taste which might not be everyone's favorite. It also does not melt very easily unless really exposed to sunlight directly. One bar of chocolate can be shared among 2 people to give cocoa beans benefits to both. Once in a while this kind of luxury is affordable.
