Because of the great hoopla created and the brand being an iconic one wanted to be a part of the launch, bought a voucher on Ebay who were bang on with the delivery, just costed me Rs.128+ a T shirt free.
Went on a Sunday evening, as expected some heavy footfalls. The staff was indeed very helpful managed things pretty well.
Coming to the menu - looks pretty similar to what a Mcdonads has to offer, with just paying some extra bucks you get something fresh, both quantity and quality wise. Amazing taste. Whoppers stood to the legacy they have created. Gets a little messy because we are not used to 'handling such big sized burgers'
Ambience wise the place does not gives you an 'American Diner' feel, it is a mix of Indian and Chinese restaurant - probably it's done intentionally.
Service is average, probably the time I reached the people in the counter were already pretty exhausted, but they cheered themselves up by shouting 'Whopperrrrr' aloud - don' know how it adds adrenaline
As marketer know the importance of bringing meaningful experience to you customers, being the first day and I wont comment on how BurgerKing will fight the QSR war, but as per my first experience a Big Thumbs Up
