Hi friends, here is your friend girdarilal and today I will share my experience on bsnl 3g mobile operator. Network signals are poor on this network because whenever I use three G the network goes down to the 2G network and the 2G network will be also slower than the normal 2G network speed. Network signals are very low on this bsnl3g. We customers never get satisfied by there 3D services because the net and calls are not so clarity and net is very slow more than the 2G network. Customer service is not bad they try to resolve the issues but sometimes it doesn't work when they say the settings of this BSNL internet but they really try to help us always that's one good thing on this BSNL the customer service is 100% better services and other network providers the really provide a genuine settings or genuine products information to the customers. Charges and buildings are not up to time and the previous bill will be added on this month even you pay the bill at last month itself that's a very big drawback for this network they have to take care about the network signals and speed of the internet customer service is not bad they are doing their good job but the big drawback is coming when it comes to the speed of the internet and call clarity.
