Britannia Nutrichoice Digestive is a popular digestive biscuit consumed in India. The biscuits are really nice and rich in fiber and also delicious.
Maida, Sugar and Palm Oil feature in the top 4 ingredients. 100 gm of this biscuit contains 15 gm of sugar and overall 280 calories from simple carbohydrates and sugar, which is bad news for diabetics, obese people and those with lifestyle disease. It also contains 19.6 gm of fat from an unspecified vegetable oil. This product can't be considered as a meal replacement choice. This biscuit must only be consumed in very small quantities and that too not by the obese. The packaging of the biscuit is very poor and for this poor packaging many times we received the biscuits are completely broken from inside of the packet. Personally I don't like the biscuit. So I will give it 3 star ratings.
