Today I am going to share a bad experience with this salon. I had a hair-spa and facial done at this salon once about a month ago and I cannot tell you how pathetic my experience was. Firstly the attendants are not well trained. Secondly the service was really bad. I feel cheated and disgusted at the end of the session. They charged 600/- Rs for doing nothing. He just applied a cream on my hair and left me with a hot steam which was not positioned properly due to which my face got almost burnt if I have not alerted him. He just applied two creams on my face and the facial is done. I mean who on earth does that. I have decided never to go back there again.
