I purchased a trouser and got it altered there. They charged Rs. 15/- which is free in other shopping malls. I told them to cut the length 38.5 inches. Surprisingly, when they delivered the pant, I told the tailor to remeasure and cofirm me the length. But he denied and said whatever length has been kept is perfect. He refused to measure the length of the trouser at the time of delivery. I didn't have any option and when I reached home and measured the length it was 1 inch more than than the length I told them to keep. When I took the trouser to the tailor inside the Brand Factory, they didn't listen anything. They told that I have to pay Rs. 30/- again to realter.
