Here I am talking about BookMyShow.com, one of the most widely used online movie ticket booking website. I want to share one of the pathetic experience of mine with BookMyShow. Com. Today I was trying to book tickets of captain America: civil war movie in square Hinjewadi from BookMyShow.com but after trying so many time, I was unable to do the booking, at last, the payment is done but I didn't get the tickets and when I called to the customer care it was busy.
I called continuously but I was unable to reach finally I went to the theatre and got the tickets from there so guys if you are thinking that it is a good option to book from BookMyShow.com so it is a wrong thought especially customer service is really pathetic.
