Booked a hotel in desperation through this app(we were in the process of moving 1200 miles and couldn't reach the hotel we had booked in advance due to constant traffic). The app said there were 4 rooms available. When I called the actual hotel an hour later, the hotel said they had been booked solid for hours and that the app had overbooked. In fact, there were no hotels anywhere that had any rooms. One of our party was on the phone for hours trying to find even one room for all of us(plus a place to park our Uhaul). These apps really need sync better with the hotels they represent. It was a very bad experience for us.
