When there are companies like BOAT, it is really difficult to support “Make in India”. We trust and buy products from these creeps and once it is sold the service is worst than any 3rd grade company of the West. I regret purchasing from them.


I had bought a Partypal 390 Speaker 6 months back. The speaker isn’t charging to which I raised multiple warranty claims, calls, emails but the issue is not resolved yet. They have outsourced the service to Jeeves which is another crap. They don’t even know what and how to check.


I raised a warranty claim 53027389 for the issue. The technician came and he said that there is some issue with the battery and will have to change it. I told him that it's not the battery but the system is not charging itself to which he simply said that I will bring a battery and change it.


He came with a new battery few days after that and changed it. He switched on the speaker and it started to work but when I checked the charging indicator, it was not glowing. So, I told him that the battery is not charging and speaker got turned on because the new battery has already some charge in it. He simply said that, no sir it will work now and left my place. But as I knew the issue was still there and battery started discharging even when we tried charging it.


2nd claim - I raised another claim post speaking with the customer care executive 53358978. I had explained her the ordeal and asked her to send an experienced technician. She said that the issue has been escalated and will be resolved soon. 2 days later, another technician visited. I explained him the issue. He did not even touch the speaker and said that charging cable is faulty and asked me to buy a new cable. I asked him if he was sure about it, he said yes. I trusted as I was under an impression that an experienced technician was assigned. Taking his suggestion, I bought a new cable but the speaker is still not charging. This has been going on since more than 3 weeks.


To my surprise, the technicians do not even check what is wrong and are simply beating around the bush. Is this what Boat does?? I regret that I trusted Boat, I could have got a JBL instead in the same price.


I had escalated the issue over email but the response was so casual as these issues are very normal for them.


PATHETIC SERVICE. RAISE YOUR STANDARDS BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS IN THE MARKET AT THE PRICE WHICH YOU ARE SELLING.


I am not going to reach out to you people anymore. The next step will throwing your crap Product in garbage yard, make a video of it and share across social media platforms. Ensuring Aman Gupta and Boat are tagged in it.
