Unhealthy spoiled food delivered to me. Review on Bigbasket

I don't usually shop for grocery on online websites but one friend suggest me to shop from it so I ordered apples, peanuts, brown egg, banana and broccoli in total the bill was around 559.But I am a new customer so they gave me discount of 20% . I found this quite nice and impressed from them.And after making order they said your items will be delivered with in 24 hours but it took a whole next day for the delivery.I pay them around 410 but they were asking for more 100 rupees I asked why then they replied this is the delivery charges. I said ok fine.And after paying I open the basket and what I found is the apples are not fresh there are black spots on apple. And approx 3 to 4 bananas are spoiled.At that time I promised myself that I will never trust any online shopping sites.I don't have proof of it coz you that food is not last for long so

I didn't call the customer care service coz I know it is a very headache process of replace or refund.

Ya the website view is very nice the way they offer you their produts.

But what if there is no quality in items
